From the signatories as representatives from the various parts of Chin Hills, to the Frontier Areas Committee, Camp Maymyo, dated on 21st April 1947. We thank the British Government's Executive Council for mutual benefit of the minority races in the hill regions of Burma, with the Burmese, as contemplated by the London Agreement their success in forming an Enquiry Committee to explore ways and means for the lasting association for executed between the two Governments.

Public policy is a course of action or deliberate inaction by governments to address a problem[1]. In an attempt to understand how governments pursue a particular public policy, different actors, groups and institutions are identified in the policy framework[2]. In this process, many different theories are developed to explain public policy making and policy outcomes. These theories are different from one another based on the method of analysis they use to understand the issue. For example, public choice theory focuses on individual level and neglect the role of institutions.

Pu Hau Do Suan is appointed to Director General of Myanmar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA) on May 26, 2011. One of the few non-Burmans promoted at that level in Myanmar government. Pu Suan served in the MOFA as Deputy Director before being promoted. Pu Hau Do Suan held other important positions in the past : Permanent Mission of Myanmar to the United Nations, Embassy of Myanmar in Washington DC, and  as Myanmar Consul General at Kunming, China.
